Lovely micro memoir. All those saints who were/are so lovingly committed to teaching their passion to others. It’s good you named Phil. I had a Sunday school teacher who taught Bible stories to kids who often didn’t listen..week after week, year after year. She is why I still love Bible stories and why my academic career focused on narrative inquiry. To my shame I don’t remember her name 😢. God bless them all.
